The short answer is: we represent both parties interests and more in favor of the customer’s.
We respect the pre-agreed quality requirements and delivery time, and only work with manufacturers that also share the same understanding.
Yes you can, but try to avoid that, and you will be responsible for the subsequent increased costs and possible delivery delay.
Lifetime mold warranty
Yes, we do. If you let us keep the mold and run production for you, we will provide a lifetime warranty. It means we will take care of the maintenance and refurbish of the mold. If the mold is completely out due to high production volume, we will pay to make a new mold.
The warranty expires after 3 years of no use
However, if not otherwise stated or agreed, the warranty will only extend for 3 years for its last use, meaning if you do not send a purchase order for that product for 3 years, the warranty expires.

If there is something uncertain, we will send a few samples to you for further verification. As a result, you will receive the products as expected.
What compensation you will get if quality issues do arise
If an unexpected quality issue or poor workmanship does occur, you have a few options:
- We send you free replacements for the defective parts by courier;
- Accept the parts at a discounted price;
- Rework on your location at our cost;
- Sending the parts back to be reworked at our cost;
- Full refund.
Usually, product quality requirements will include:
- Dimensional accuracy
- Aesthetic appearance
- Material: usually the grade of material will be specified, it defines the mechanical and chemical properties such as strength, ductility, corrosion resistance, environment adaptability, and so forth.
- Surface coating
- Heat treatment
The quality requirements should be specified in writing, usually on the drawing or other separate documents.
Very often the customers do not define the quality requirements clearly and thoroughly, we will help them to do part of the job.
At the same time, the industry standards and common sense will also be respected and followed by us, so as to save time to put them all in the writing.
We will provide samples prior to mass production. You shall check the samples carefully to make sure they meet your application requirements and your quality standard.
If the samples are approved, then they will be kept as sealed samples.
We will keep the same samples on our side. Then these samples will be used for comparison in later production.

Live chatting tools
Nowadays live chatting softwares are more and more popular, you can do video calls, send pictures and short video clips real easily. You can use most of them both on the phone and the computer.
The disadvantage is: if someone is busy with something else when talking to you, then the conversation can really take long. However, if you are used to multitasking to handle other jobs when engaged in the conversation, then it becomes less bothering.
iPhone FaceTime and iMessage
Very easy to use, you only need the phone number to get started on a conversation, no need to send a request to add to contact list and wait for the approval. The downside is it does not have the version for Windows, so the conversation can only be on the phone.
This is very popular in China and easy to use.
This is also good to be used.
It is partially blocked in China, so not very convenient to be used.
Please contact us if you want to use any of these live chatting tools for communication with us.
